Premier Inn London Euston

The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, though a little compact, which is fine by London standards. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout, and the service stayed consistently good. It’s very close to Euston Station and well connected by public transport, so it works well for business or leisure. I found it good value for money and would stay again. Definitely recommend it.

The location sits between two major London stations, which was very convenient. Staff were attentive and helpful, breakfast was superb, and I had a wonderful stay. My room was fantastic, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. I’d highly recommend it.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. Our room was filthy when we arrived: hairs in the bath and on the supposed fresh towels, food in the bathroom sink so the water wouldn’t drain properly, and a floor that didn’t look vacuumed. There was no air conditioning, and at times the rooms were boiling. The room looked awful and badly needed freshening up. Breakfast was another problem. We arrived at 09:30 and waited nearly 10 minutes to be seated, then found all the baked goods were gone, despite it being advertised as “unlimited breakfast.” There were large rubbish bags thrown around on the street outside. The hotel’s vibe has ruined our stay in London. It’s sad we have to put up with it for another 2 nights.

We’ve stayed here 3 times before, but it’s not the same now. Never again. The room was freezing at the start of January, when it was cold outside, because the hotel controlled the heating or had basically turned it off. The staff were rude when we politely asked to move rooms. They showed no interest in why and didn’t apologize. There was one working lift for 6 floors. The room was disgusting: bogeys on the chair that we only discovered after touching it, urine all over the seat, hair trimmings up the shower wall, and hair everywhere. I’m sure the bogey is still on that seat since nobody took note of it. When I emailed to complain, I got a generic response repeating what I’d said and a ridiculous offer of compensation. Avoid!
