The no-waste approach in the kitchen especially stood out to me. That kind of real commitment to sustainability is still too uncommon. We also really enjoyed the food, the friendly service, and Fernhill’s charm and atmosphere. A very pleasant stay, and I’d happily recommend it.

The pool was my favourite part of the stay. Our room was lovely, had a great view, and was equipped with everything we needed. There was a good choice at breakfast, and the staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in. We had a fantastic time and I’d definitely recommend it.

It was peaceful even though we could easily get out to explore, with the A35 and Lyme Regis only a short drive away. My husband and I had a lovely stay at Fernhill Hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We pre-ordered breakfast the night before, which meant no food was wasted. There was a great selection, and we’ll definitely come back.

A restful, peaceful visit. The beds were comfortable, the service was friendly, and the outdoor pool was lovely and heated.

The homemade biscuits and flask of milk in the room were a nice touch, and breakfast was lovely with good service. When I booked by phone, I mentioned I might arrive after check-in time. They said that was fine and gave me a number to call. I’d highly recommend staying here.
