Right in the heart of the village, Lilac Cottage is just a short walk from the beach and beside two great pubs that serve good food. I had a great stay. The cottage is extremely cosy and comfortable, furnished to a high standard, with everything you could need.

A lovely weekend in a cosy, comfy thatched cottage. There’s plenty of space inside and out, comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen with room for the family to sit together. The garden is beautifully kept, with clever lighting and comfortable furniture. It’s a perfect base for short or long walks, close to the Hive Beach cafe and lovely coastal walks. Two pubs are within a couple of minutes on foot, and Westbay and Bridport are easy to reach. Unreservedly recommend.

Burton Bradstock is a picture-book Dorset village, with great pubs, a beach cafe and an amazing beach. We really enjoyed our holiday at the beautiful Lilac Cottage.
