We went out of season, so it was very quiet, just what we needed. The fully equipped log cabin was a bit tatty, but well worth the money. There’s accommodation for everyone, from camping pitches and pods to caravans and lodges. Such a great place to stay. We’d recommend it and stay again.

The staff were very welcoming, and the shower block was large and kept really clean. It’s a lovely, clean campsite with a great bar and restaurant. The pitches are flat, and it’s very quiet at the moment. The bus stop is outside the site entrance. We’d come back.

The restaurant had great food choices and generous portions, and the holiday park has a lot to offer. There’s an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, though we didn’t use either. We stayed one night while exploring the Jurassic Coast. Our room was fairly basic, with a small kitchen, and was missing a few essentials like a hairdryer and even teaspoons, though it did have an iron. The pillows were uncomfortable and covered in waterproof material, which gave the room more of a caravan feel. We also heard quite a bit of noise from other visitors, probably because we were in the main complex rather than an individual caravan. I’d be happy to return, but next time I’d choose a static caravan instead of a room in the complex.

The tent pitches were a good size, with shady trees that we were glad of in the lovely weather. The swimming pools were a nice size and very clean. We also had a great time playing bingo on Friday night. We really enjoyed our stay and will 100% be back with family or friends.
