Westpoint Apartments

West Bay is a friendly place, and the studio was spotless. The hosts made everything easy, including parking and letting us check in early. We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back.

We’ve been here twice now, and I’d happily return. The apartment is roomy and has what you need for a comfortable stay, with the beach right outside and lovely walks close by. Shops, the harbour, food kiosks, pubs, and restaurants are all about a two-minute walk away. I brought my paddle board and could get to the sea easily, as well as the River Brit just behind the harbour. Tracey answered all our questions, and check-in without contact went smoothly. Our two teenagers loved it and felt safe exploring on their own.

The location was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and nicely presented, with plenty of appliances. Parking is in a gravel area behind the apartments, with a marked space, and the instructions were clear and thorough. The bathroom is small but has a walk-in shower. The beds were firmer than I like. There’s a TV and DVD player in the main room and another TV in the main bedroom, though neither is smart or connected to the internet. I highly recommend staying here.

The apartments were pleasant and very clean, though they could use some updating. The bed and bedding were nice, but I would have liked a small TV in the bedroom. The parking area could be better, with grass and weeds overgrowing the spaces. It’s right on the seafront, though it’s a shame the attached cafe and restaurant shut at 5pm.
