I had a reasonably long stay and really liked the hotel’s location, close to the station and within walking distance of lots of food options. The reception and housekeeping staff were excellent, always cheerful and happy. A nice experience overall, and I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Brighton.

Andrea went above and beyond to meet all my requirements, and her attention to detail made my stay comfortable. The staff clearly care about their guests, and every service was delivered to a high standard. Many thanks to Andrea, her efforts were noticed and appreciated. The location is fantastic, just a minute from the train station, making travel easy. I had an enjoyable, comfortable stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

The rooms and beds were very comfortable, with everything we needed, and I loved the breakfast buffet. The hotel and staff were just great, and it's dog friendly. The location is great too, though parking was an issue. There was only a small loading space for dropping off elderly or disabled people, and the nearest car park was a five-minute walk away with no lift.

They even microwaved some ready meals for us, lent me an umbrella when it was pouring, and let us leave our luggage for free. The bar was nice and modern, and the bed was big, comfortable and clean. It's close to the station, and the staff were so friendly when we arrived. I can't recommend the place enough. All the staff deserve a pay rise!

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, and housekeeping did a very good job keeping the hotel and rooms clean. The reception staff were friendly and ready to help with anything. It's right beside the train station, with all the city's key spots within walking distance. Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay a good one.
