We had a brilliant time with our hen party of 15. The kitchen and living area worked really well for us, with a big dining table and sofa space, and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. From outside, the house doesn’t look like much, but it’s a hidden gem. The coded entry worked perfectly for a large group arriving at different times, so we didn’t have to worry about keys. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the centre, and having space for two cars is almost unheard of in Brighton. The service was faultless. Whenever I had a question, I usually got an answer within a couple of hours, even in the evening. The guide they emailed a few days before our visit was really informative. It might be useful to send it after booking instead, so guests can see nearby activities and places to eat and drink while they still have time to book. My only criticisms are that the kitchen/living area is looking a little worn and could use some care, and another fridge would have helped with a big group. I’d definitely book this place again for a large party in Brighton. Thank you!

Little Paris was a pleasure to stay in for our hen party. It sleeps 20 without feeling crowded, and none of us felt on top of each other. The kitchen and lounge were ideal for eating, drinking and playing games around the table. The location was just right, a short walk from the pier and town, and the house had everything we needed for a great weekend. Thank you to Daniela & Rachel on the Holiday Home Owners team. The organizing and communication were amazing. I can’t recommend the house enough.

I’d booked Little Paris for a friend’s hen weekend because the photos looked fabulous and the reviews were great. Then I read a recent very poor review and started to panic, so I contacted Prestige, who operate the house. Tasha reassured me and promised everything would be ready. Glad to say the problems mentioned in that earlier review had been dealt with, and the house was immaculate. It’s a great place for a big group, with everything to a good standard and a good location. I’d definitely recommend it.

The kitchen and dining area were the best part of Little Paris, with loads of room for a big dinner. The house was very clean and spacious, so our group of friends had plenty of room to spread out during our staycation. It’s also in a good spot, just a short walk to the beach and shops. I’d highly recommend it to my friends.

Brighton Holiday Lets and the property were both brilliant. The house was comfortable and well furnished, and it’s an easy walk into the town centre. Everyone had a fantastic weekend, and I’d highly recommend it.
