Millie at The Merchant is always welcoming, friendly and ready to help. Her kind attitude makes people feel comfortable, and her customer service is excellent. I really appreciate her professionalism and support.

I look forward to coming home every day. The common areas are cleaned regularly, staff are responsive, and there are engaging student activities throughout the year. The location is strategic, with a bus stop right outside, and there’s 24/7 security. Easily the best off campus student accommodation in Brighton.

The rooftop and terrace are amazing in summer and give the place a great student atmosphere. Student Castle Brighton is also impeccably located, just a two minute walk from the university and near shops. The building was always clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The manager in particular was kind, supportive and always smiling. I’ve stayed at Student Castle in Oxford and Cambridge too, and Brighton is definitely the best. Highly recommended.

The 24/7 reception, CCTV and security were big selling points for me, along with the study and chill spaces and events run by staff. Everyone at Student Castle Brighton was pleasant and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile whenever I came through reception, whether I was collecting a package or heading out or back in. Special thanks to Natasha, Luke, Vicky and Gary, who were always ready to help. The location is very convenient. The Pavilion Centre is across the road for groceries, hobbies and coffee, with Aldi, Hobbycraft and Costa Coffee on the left of Aldi. The Coombe Road bus stop is right outside, with buses to the city centre taking 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. The University of Brighton Moulsecoomb campus is next door, and it’s about a 13 minute bus ride to the University of Sussex. As parents, we were very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff during our daughter’s stay. Thank you for making it enjoyable, comfortable and wonderful.

My favourite part was the terraces on the 8th floor, with incredible views across Brighton. The rooms are spacious and have useful amenities, including a small table that gives you more room when friends come round. The common room isn’t very big, but it has AC, a TV and plenty of tables for studying. Staff are nice and helpful when you need something. I had a good experience at Student Castle and highly recommend it.
