Holiday Inn Express Bristol City Centre by IHG

The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was very good. The hotel is well placed near the train station, with the airport shuttle stopping just across the street, which made things convenient. Very good value for money and a pleasant stay.

The service was outstanding, and I especially want to mention zaha for dealing with a situation that could have turned horrible, through my own doing, quickly and professionally. Breakfast was simple and really tasty, even the coffee was nice. The room was clean, and the mattress was so comfortable that I didn't miss my exceptional one at home for once. They'd also put heaters in the room, which came in handy, and waking up there felt lovely and homely. Excellent value for money. I'd heartily recommend this hotel if you need somewhere in Bristol.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. The bed was small and the mattress very hard, so I didn't sleep much. They have a fully equipped commercial kitchen but didn't serve evening meals. Breakfast was good, and the location was ideal for the train station.

We spent a lot of our time around the harbourside, visiting the museums, including wethecurious, and trying the restaurants. We also went to Cabot Circus, but decided to drive around for accessibility reasons. We enjoyed our two-night stay near temple meads, within easy walking distance of the harbourside. Breakfast was standard, and the staff helped when we needed them.
