Our room was perfect, with stunning views, and we got a warm welcome when we arrived. We had a lovely stay on this beautiful 22 acre farm, with horses and sheep, and took our spaniel for a walk around the grounds. Breakfast was top notch. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Xx

There are countryside walks from the back of the house along footpaths, so bring your wellies. The farm has horses and livestock, so remember a lead and poo bags for your dog. We wanted a dog-friendly place near North Bristol, and this farmhouse B&B was a perfect fit, rural but conveniently placed. From our first email to arrival, we felt very welcome, and Nicola couldn’t have been more helpful. Our front room was lovely, clean, tidy and homely, and breakfast was superb and generous. Motorway access to North Bristol is easy, but we were far enough away not to hear the traffic. It isn’t trying to be a boutique hotel, and that’s clear.

Nicola was so friendly and helpful, and even posted my sunglasses back after I dropped them outside. It’s a charming B&B, quiet and within easy reach of Bristol, with very good value and an excellent breakfast. I strongly recommend it.

We had two lovely rooms, both spacious, warm and cosy, with en-suite bathrooms, TVs, tea and coffee facilities, and WiFi. The owners were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. It’s a working farm about 10 miles from Bristol, with plenty of parking and a walk through the fields on the property, which was great for the dog. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order, with cereals and orange juice too. We had the cooked breakfast and enjoyed it. Vegetarian and dairy-free options are available, just ask. This is the best dog-friendly place I’ve stayed, and I’d definitely return.

The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, and the place is peaceful and dog friendly. We had a friendly welcome and great breakfasts. It’s easy to get to local attractions and close to my daughter’s home. Nicola is a lovely host. Would recommend.
