Mandy and Kevin made our stay really lovely, friendly and professional throughout. We were impressed by how they handled the current covid situation and kept good social distancing in place. The accommodation was clean and lovely, and perfectly located for Brixham, just a 5-10 minute walk down to the harbour. There was an excellent breakfast with a great range of choices. Highly recommend, and we look forward to coming back x

The view from the front was fab, and everything inside was very clean. I stayed for a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. Kevin and Mandy were top hosts, and Kevin made a great breaky. I didn’t have a car, and the public transport was really good. If you’re travelling without a car, just know there’s a very steep hill up to the property, though it’s only about 100m. Thanks Kevin and Mandy for a lovely stay.

Kevin and Mandy were friendly and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were absolutely spotless, and Kevin’s breakfast was to die for. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we’ll be back in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay. xx

Breakfast is a real highlight, especially the locally sourced food cooked just right. I’m particularly fond of the black pudding. We’ve been back to Woodlands several times and always have a great time. It’s clean, warm and friendly, and we’ll definitely stay again. I’d recommend Woodlands for its lovely hospitality.
