The staff were the nicest part, all friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. We're definitely coming back. The hotel was super dog friendly for our dog, and our room was bright and warm with a super-comfy bed. We booked a last-minute getaway and loved the beautiful setting, just a short walk from the stunning coastline. I'd recommend getting a sea-view room, it's well worth it.

Getting to the delightful Botany Bay beach was easy, safe and quick. We stayed over New Year with our newborn and cocker spaniel in a large family room that was clean, warm and well equipped, including a decent coffee machine. The ensuite was clean too, with excellent water pressure that made for nice warm baths. Service was excellent across the welcome, bar, restaurant and catering, and the gastropub-style food we tried was really good for cold days. The hotel hosted a big New Year's Eve event, but we didn't hear it and slept well. My one comment is that the TV was quite small and had connectivity trouble, so it was hard to watch from bed. We used an iPad instead, and the WiFi worked well.

We had a spacious room with a sea view and a lovely balcony, which was excellent. The hotel sits on a cliff top, with wide views over the sea and a gorgeous beach right nearby. We brought our dog and he was made very welcome. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful, from reception and the bar to the restaurant and chambermaids.

We had a fantastic two-day stay with friends. The food was excellent, the rooms lovely, and the service was excellent too. A special mention to Molly, Toni and Charlie for looking after us. The whole staff made the stay feel special. Thank you 👍

Even though the staff were rushed off their feet, they were attentive, friendly and welcoming, and the food was really nice. We didn't have to wait too long, considering how busy the kitchen must have been. The location is fantastic and the atmosphere was great. I'd highly recommend it.
