We had a brilliant bank holiday weekend and are already looking forward to coming back. The staff were the friendliest we've ever come across in a hotel. The chalet style rooms worked perfectly for our pets, and the location made it easy to explore the Norfolk and Suffolk border and nearby areas. Breakfast had a great cooked and continental buffet, though it can get busy, so go early. The food was decent, with a good selection of beer, ale, wine and cider. We also ordered a Domino’s pizza straight to our room, which is handy if you fancy something beyond the regular menu.

Such good value for money. Tracey at reception was lovely and went out of her way to help when I was stuck without a phone charger. She lent me one, saving me a trip down the road to buy one at m & s store. Dinner was freshly cooked, beautifully presented and ready within 20 minutes of ordering. There’s comfortable cottage style seating indoors as well as a pleasant outdoor area. The service was brilliant, and Tracey deserves a special thank you. You’re a star! ⭐

The place has a quiet, quaint feel, and the rooms are nice. It’s easy to reach and there’s plenty of parking. Staff are always friendly, and the food is pretty solid.

Miranda made the check-in feel easy after a long day of driving. She was warm and welcoming, and explained the parking, how things worked and what was available on site without overwhelming me. I felt looked after straight away. I arrived at Best Western Brome Grange around 6:15pm on 12th February. The rooms are beautifully presented, spotless and comfortable, with enough character to feel like a treat rather than just a place to stop. The online photos really don’t do them justice. Dinner was also a pleasant surprise, good quality and just what I wanted after a long day. I stay in hotels around the country quite often, and this one stands out for both the rooms and the people. Miranda is a real credit to the team. I’d absolutely choose to stay here again. Thanks to her and everyone at Brome Grange for such a brilliant evening.

I've been staying here on and off for work for 6 to 7 years, and the staff and management have kept the service to a high standard. The food is always fresh and very well prepared, so compliments to the chef. After chatting with staff earlier in the day and with Kate and Linzi at reception that evening, I can only say this hotel is wonderfully friendly. Regards, Steve
