The bar was packed with locals and had a great atmosphere. We had a couple of drinks there, then enjoyed a fantastic dinner in the restaurant. Everyone on staff was lovely. We booked an overnight stay because we had a very early flight the next morning. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Our room and ensuite were spotless, with two queen-size beds, lovely bedding and a very comfortable night’s sleep. I can definitely recommend staying here.

We stopped for a meal while working in the area, having travelled up from south Wales. It was our first time here, and we’d definitely recommend the restaurant. My wife, my 8-year-old and I ate until we couldn’t manage another bite. The food was great quality, portions were generous, and the price was excellent value. The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming, with a smile as soon as we walked in. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Really nice hotel, and both the staff and other guests were friendly. My room’s WC was across the hall. That’s not ideal for someone who’s survived prostate cancer, though it was private. Everything else was tickety-boo.

We booked an early dinner for four adults and one 3-year-old. Pam & Brooke looked after us brilliantly and gave great recommendations for food and drinks. The festive menu is well worth recommending, and the chef is outstanding. We even had crackers to pull. See you all soon.
