A little gem of a find before our golf match at Carden Park the next day. The room was extremely comfy, and the staff were fantastic. The food was incredible too: I had lamb hotpot from the specials menu, while my partner chose the feather blade. Both were delicious. Would highly recommend.

The owner and staff really made the visit stand out. They were kind, attentive and clearly passionate about what they're doing; it was obvious they care about their customers having a great time. The food was incredible, far better than I expected in such a relaxed setting. We visited this pub on its first day under new ownership, and the welcome and positive atmosphere were there as soon as we walked in. The new owners have already made it feel special. It's off to an amazing start, and I'll definitely be back soon.

A lovely Sunday lunch today. I enjoyed the delicious roast lamb, and my Mum liked her tagliatelle with chilli and prawns too. Thanks for the lovely, efficient service.

A roomy, upscale country setting with friendly, professional staff. The traditional menu had plenty of choice, but the specials took things up a notch. I enjoyed the well-cooked, beautifully presented dishes with a Mediterranean influence. Great place to eat.

Lots of non-alcoholic options, and friendly staff. The Sunday lunch was very good quality, with generous beef and plenty of veg. The duck starter was tasty too, and the burger with homemade ketchup was great.
