The family who run this B&B are so friendly and helpful. They even offered veggie sausages at breakfast and lent us an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was nice, and the room was huge, exceptionally clean, and very quiet. The bedding smelled lovely, like Comfort or Lenor, and the bed was so comfortable we struggled to get up in the morning. One tiny thing: breakfast can feel a bit awkward because the room is so quiet that you can hear other guests eating and talking. Some people were whispering so they wouldn’t draw attention to themselves. A little background music might make it feel more relaxed. That didn’t take away from our stay, though. The family are lovely, and I’d definitely recommend the place.

We stayed for five days and already can’t wait to come back. The breakfast was wonderful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts were warm and welcoming. We also appreciated having a car park set back from the main road.

It’s our second visit and I’d happily stay again. The hosts are friendly and make you feel comfortable, and both the room and breakfast were lovely. Bus and train links are very handy, right by the front door, and Torquay is within walking distance.

I stayed here a couple of times while working in Torquay a few years ago. On my second visit I became ill, and the staff were very concerned and did everything they could to contact my family and help me get home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the price was reasonable, and breakfast was very good.

We were only here briefly, but felt so well looked after. The welcome was the best we’ve had at accommodation. Everything was clean and tidy, the facilities were excellent, and there were brilliant breakfast choices. We’ll definitely return. Thank you!
