Paula, Ray and the girls were so welcoming, and the service was fantastic. We had a beautiful room with a really comfy bed, and breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Torquay.

It’s easy to get around from here, with the train, bus and town all within walking distance. The beds were comfy and it was quiet too. Paula and Ray were friendly and helpful, kept in touch throughout, and gave us plenty of recommendations.

Paula and Ray made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Our stay at Grosvenor House was lovely, with everything clean and tidy and a delicious breakfast. We’d happily come back.

Breakfast was freshly cooked, hot and tasty, and plenty of the other guests seemed to return regularly. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, with its own shower and toilet. Ray and Paula were excellent hosts and really went out of their way to make sure everyone was looked after. The hotel is well placed near the seafront and other amenities. Highly recommended.

We were greeted warmly and offered a nice cup of tea. Paula and Ray know the area well and are great hosts. There’s a good range at breakfast to get you started for the day. Thoroughly recommend it, and thanks to the team.
