Premier Inn Loughton/Buckhurst Hill

The staff made us feel welcome, and breakfast was yummy. We had a wonderful five days seeing the London sights, with the bus pickup points so close by. We'll definitely come back.

The hotel's location along the road from the nearby hospital was useful, and I'd recommend staying here if you need somewhere close by. My husband and I spent a couple of nights at the Buckhust Hill Premier Inn while he was having day surgery. The friendly staff made an already pleasant stay even better. Farouk and Pretum, who we met on reception and restaurant duty, were courteous and very helpful with extra pillows for his post-surgery needs, water, and anything else we asked for. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Rosina made excellent breakfasts, and the restaurant was clean, well stocked, with freshly cooked food served hot. Our premium room was clean and warm, had a small fridge, and was on the ground floor. When there was a problem with the circuit for the heater and fridge, it was sorted immediately. The hotel is run very well day to day, with friendly staff.

Harsha served us breakfast and was really pleasant and friendly. We had a comfortable, tidy room for our short one-night stay at the Premier inn. The staff are always cheerful and happy to help here. It was spot on as usual, and we'll be back soon.

My parents are coming back next month and plan to stay at this hotel again. I'd booked them a room for their visit, but my mum is disabled and can't climb stairs, so they couldn't get to the room we'd reserved. Thankfully, a lovely gentleman at the desk moved them to a ground-floor room when they arrived. They asked me to leave this review to show their appreciation.
