The enclosed little garden was perfect for our small dogs, and there was plenty of room inside too. It’s bigger than it looks, so even with more people you wouldn’t be getting in each other’s way. The cottage is beautifully renovated to a high standard, with everything provided for our stay. I’d never been to Buckie before and was surprised how close it is to town. It has everything you could want for a holiday. I’d highly recommend the Hamely Hoose.

Colin and Alison have made this old cottage into a lovely place for a holiday. It’s only five minutes from the centre, with great sea views and everything you need. We’ve stayed in cottages all over the country, and this is easily one of the best. A real gem on the east coast, and a must if you haven’t stayed here.

It feels like a real home from home, and we’ve stayed at the Hamely Hoose before and will come again. It’s clean, relaxing and beautifully appointed, with everything covered. We’d take it home with us if we could. An experience not to miss, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

A stunning, pet friendly cottage with loads of room for everyone and a games room too. You’ve got what you need on site or in town. Best of all is sitting back in the living room by the log burner. I really love this place and highly recommend it.

We had everything provided for a fantastic week, and there was nothing to fault. The place felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space for me, my sister and our two dogs, and we both got hooked on Scrabble!
