The Old Stables B&B is well worth considering if you’re staying in the area. Jeff made us feel at home and was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful little extras. Breakfast was basic but offered a good selection, much of it locally sourced, and there was plenty to set you up for the day.

A lovely old house with real character, and the owners are friendly and welcoming. The enclosed garden was a great spot to sit and relax. Inside, it has what you’d expect from a good B&B: decent Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast.

At The old Stables B&B the owner gave us a warm welcome, and it had everything we needed. The bed was good, and the home felt warm and cosy. Bathroom facilities were excellent, and breakfast was wonderful, with a good old English welcome.

Our stay was brief but excellent. The hosts were great, and the rooms were quirky and comfortable. The ensuite was very small but well fitted. The breakfast was tasty, and we were very grateful.
