There’s a decking area outside Lilly’s Pad with lovely views over the fields, and it’s such a peaceful place to get away from it all. We stayed in the Shepherds Hut for three nights. It was wonderful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Holly, Colin and Charlene made us feel so welcome, and we’ll definitely be back.

Charlie and her family make you feel like one of their own whenever you arrive. We absolutely love staying here, and the Shepherds hut is our favourite.

There’s plenty of room to relax, inside and out, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We got a lovely warm welcome, and breakfast had a great choice to set you up for the day. I’d definitely recommend this B&B and we’ll return. From our experience, five stars don’t cover it.

The whole family made us feel welcome on our long weekend. Our room was spotless and breakfast was delicious. I just hope Holly gets a day off! Thanks for such a lovely stay, there was nothing I could fault.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Charlie and her parents run a five-star B&B, and the breakfast was probably the best we’ve ever had, with fresh eggs. We’ll definitely return.
