The kitchen was full of dirty items and empty bottles, and there was tobacco and filters scattered across the floor. The bath had dirty towels piled in it, the beds hadn't been changed, and there was no toilet roll. It looked like a big party had taken place, despite the house rules saying parties weren't allowed. We booked through AirBnb but couldn't stay after seeing the state of the place. I was glad we didn't, though we had to find somewhere else. I did get a full refund on the day we were due to check in, but book at your own risk.

We couldn't even get into the apartment because there were no instructions about where to collect the key. I tried to contact the owner, but we've been completely ignored. The listing said free parking, yet we got a parking ticket. There were five of us staying last weekend, 9th March, but no bedding for the sofa bed. When we pulled it out, it was broken, so I had to sleep on a small sofa. The whole thing was a farce.

Super unreliable. Don't be fooled, the deposit isn't refunded, and the place has no atmosphere.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. They took our money but wouldn't give us the keys or a refund. I got a taxi all the way to Anfield and still had no keys. My family ended up out on the street for the night.
