East Thorne - Cornwall

It was a peaceful, relaxing four-night break at the secret roundhouse. Ours was screened off for privacy, with a well-equipped kitchen area of its own, a covered barbecue, wood-fired hot tub, firepit, outdoor seating and garden. Underfloor heating made it cosy and was much needed in November. East thorne is well worth a visit. A big thank you to Adam, Naomi, Sue and Paul for making us feel welcome.

The animals and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids during our October half-term stay. The yurt was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the underfloor heating felt great in October. The yurts are spaced apart for privacy, while the hive being open in the mornings still gives the place a community feel. Naomi and Sue had lots of suggestions for day trips and places to eat.

The outside views from our private roundhouse were beautiful, and the hot tub and fire pit made the evenings feel cosy and homelike. Inside, it was spotless, beautifully designed, stunning, and had everything we could need. The hosts were so welcoming, showed us to the roundhouse and happily answered our questions. They made the stay perfect. We already want to return and couldn't recommend it more.

The hosts were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. The only small downside was condensation dripping from the Velux above the bed one night, but it wasn't the end of the world.
