Kerenza Hotel Cornwall

The hotel was so clean and well presented, and the staff made us feel they genuinely cared. We had a great weekend without a hitch. Our room was spotless when we arrived, though we noticed a dripping tap. Reception moved us to another room immediately, and the friendly staff handled the small issue superbly. The food was great, and the location was convenient.

The hotel is just outside the town centre, which meant less traffic and worked well for us. It’s been refitted with clean, modern decor. The food was excellent, and the bar had a wide choice of beers and wines. The cocktails are worth trying too. Our dog Timmy was welcome, and the nearby Toro Tapas served some lovely Spanish classics.

The coastline views from our suite were a lovely extra, and Kerenza Hotel is well placed for Bude’s beaches, town centre and coastal walks. The rooms were clean and had the amenities we needed. The staff were attentive throughout, handled our requests and gave us helpful ideas for exploring the area. We were welcomed warmly in the charming lobby, and the service made us feel looked after from the start. Kerenza Hotel exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return and make more memories there. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely sea view from our room, and the hotel felt modern, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was high quality with plenty to choose from. We also ate in the bar and enjoyed the food and cocktails. The staff were friendly and consistent in how well they looked after us. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
