The room was spotless and spacious, with golf course views, tea and coffee facilities, and a TV. The bed was very comfortable, and the area was really quiet. We were warmly greeted, shown to our room and given the information we needed, including how to order breakfast. Our full English breakfasts were delicious, with tea or coffee and fresh orange juice; continental breakfast was available too. John was polite and made us feel welcome. We’ll recommend this lovely guest house and visit again soon.

A lovely B&B with a very welcoming host. The room and bed were comfortable, breakfast was great, and the location worked well. At that time of year, it was easy to park on the street outside.

Links Side Guest House was a great start to our road trip. John was a wonderful host from check-in through checkout, and thanks to John and Anita for looking after us. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was always hot, with generous portions and a good choice. The location was perfect, and we found a parking space outside every night. We couldn’t have asked for more. We’d highly recommend it and would definitely return.

We’ve stayed with Anita and John for several years while attending the Bude Jazz Festival. They always look after us extremely well, our room is comfortable, and Anita’s breakfasts are outstanding. We thoroughly recommend Links Side!
