We felt welcome right away, and David was happy to give us a lift into the village for a small fee. Jane and David are lovely, sociable people who clearly take pride in the business. The decor was fantastic, everything was exceptionally clean, and the grounds were well kept. Breakfast was spot on, with delicious homemade jam and free-range eggs from the garden. The local eating suggestions were useful too. I’ve stayed at plenty of B&Bs, and this was the best. Nothing to fault, five stars, and we’ll definitely return.

Jane and David were excellent hosts, and we’re sure to stay again. The rooms are immaculate, with a traditional feel, and the welcome, comfort and service all deserve five stars. We’d recommend this upmarket B&B.
