Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the room was quiet enough for us to get a really good night’s sleep. We had a comfortable room with a bath, a shower, and tea and coffee facilities. The welcome was friendly, and everything was easy, from parking to walking into town. We were here this weekend to meet a friend and had a lovely stay.

It had a real home-from-home feel, with vintage character, and the location was perfect. My husband and I stayed this weekend and found the room spotless, with a very comfy bed. Everyone on staff we met was helpful and friendly. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The morning breakfast was better than I expected from a hotel. Nigel was amazing and very accommodating. It’s dog friendly, and while the room is small, it has what you need. You can walk from here to the heart of Bury St Edmunds.

Breakfast was good and came promptly. The room was clean and nicely decorated, though the electrical supply ran through extension sockets, which feel less safe.

We stayed in the Tudor Annexe and would happily come back. The hotel is charming, on a quiet one way street just a short stroll from the town centre. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with antique furniture and a cosy nook off the bedroom that had a sofa and tv. There were tea and coffee facilities, including a coffee pod machine. Service was great, and a lovely breakfast was included. Highly recommended.
