Ruth cooks an amazing breakfast, and our hosts were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a great stay. A lovely traditional farm house B & B on a working fruit farm.

Ruth is a wonderful host, and the Fruit Farm is beautiful. This was our second visit, and the whole experience was wonderful. First-class accommodation and breakfast too.

We spent 4 nights here and found the accommodation comfortable, with a cosy room and everything we needed. Parking was easy right in front of our room, and access was straightforward without many stairs. Ruth made us feel welcome, and breakfast was delicious every day. It was also a good base for day trips to Cambridge, Lavenham, Ely and many amazing properties.

We only stayed overnight, in the Pippin double bedroom, which was very pleasant. It was a really hot day, but a fan was provided, and there was somewhere to stroll in the evening. Breakfast had excellent choices, and it was nice to chat with owner Ruth.

The little touches in our stunning, comfortable room made us feel especially welcome. Breakfast was superb, with home grown strawberries and raspberries, plus a perfectly cooked full English made with delicious fresh local produce. Thank you for making the first day of our married life perfect. We can’t rate this wonderful B&B highly enough!
