The seating by the stairs to the gym, on the left of reception, was comfortable and quiet enough to catch up with my friend. Even after a small group of adults sat behind us, we could still talk normally. We brought coffees over from the onsite Starbucks, and the friendly staff and pleasant setting made it a good spot for our meeting.

The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented, and I couldn’t fault anything about my stay in Bury. From arrival, the customer service felt genuine, friendly, and down to earth. The receptionist with curly brown hair made check-in welcoming and relaxed. She was gorgeous, and I could have chatted with her all day. I wish I’d caught her name. I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

Sophie kept in touch by email before the charity event in October 2025 and replied quickly to my questions. I appreciated all her work in the lead-up, which made planning much easier. On the night, Kayleigh led the team and did an amazing job accommodating us. The food was lovely and the table service was great, even though the evening ran a little behind. The DJ also said Kayleigh had been very accommodating. She held things together well, especially with several new staff members to manage.

The fitness centre and pool were superb, and parking and access were easy. The bedroom was cozy and modern, breakfast had a wide choice, and the location was excellent.

We came up from London as a group of 12 to celebrate New Year with family in Bury, staying from 30/12/25 to 02/01/26. Maxine at reception couldn’t have done more for us, and Claire in housekeeping worked around our lazy lie-ins. Tony and faith in the pub & Grill kept everyone fed and watered. We had a wonderful time, a definite 10 out of 10 venue. Thank you so much x
