Causeway Lodge

The view from our room made the peaceful setting even better. Our host was so welcoming and pointed us toward local sights, including the Dark Hedges and Giant's Causeway, both a short drive away. I booked at the last minute and was delighted by the spacious room, beautiful interiors, and how clean everything was. Breakfast was wholesome, and there was a hot bath too, though I was too tired to use it. I had a fantastic stay at Causeway Lodge in Bushmills, Northern Ireland, and would love to return.

Anne and Lyle are class acts. We spent half an hour chatting with them about life as we were leaving, and they were so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were great, quiet, safe, and absolutely stunning. The food and service were both above five stars. It cost less than other hotels when we booked, but even at a higher price, this place would be well worth it. I can't say enough about it.

We stayed here for our elopement and loved every part of it. The Dunluce room was amazing, with a large tub, robes and slippers, and a cozy bed. Breakfast was wonderful too. The hostess was so sweet, and we loved the quiet nights and country feel of the location. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Northern Ireland.

After years of golf trips around Great Britain, I’d put Causeway Lodge among the top 5% of B&Bs I’ve stayed in. Its quiet, peaceful location is central for Northern Ireland’s central and eastern coastal sites and golf courses. When our schedule changed, Anne was very accommodating, and she gave helpful information and suggestions whenever we asked. Our rooms were new, spotless, and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh, delicious, and generous, with plenty of variety. We arrived very late from Los Angeles, and Anne even offered to cook us a meal. I highly recommend a stay at Anne and Lyle's lovely home. Ann
