Breakfast was great, and the rooms were lovely too. We stayed with family for a weekend and felt as if we'd gone to visit a relative or family friend. Jayne, Bill and everyone else made us feel so welcome. Jen was always ready to help us feel at home and suggest good places to eat and drink locally. Jayne runs the B&B as well as working on her family farm, and if you're interested, you can see the farm in action. We watched the cows being milked and fed. It's a beautiful place for a relaxed countryside holiday, and if we return to the Peak District, we'll stay here again. Thanks, Jayne.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay at Ferndale farm, where Jayne and her family made us feel so welcome. They even showed us around their dairy farm and how they milk the cows, which was such an incredible experience. The location is ideal for walking around Buxton and Bakewell. We'll definitely book another stay. Thanks again, Jayne and family, for making it so lovely.

A lovely farm stay. You see the cows as soon as you arrive, including the calves on their automatic feeders, and the host gave us a little tour to see the cows being milked.

The scenery was out of this world, and breakfast was excellent. I stayed for the weekend with 2 friends, and Jayne and her family were wonderful. The farmhouse was spotless, and the rooms were so clean and warm. I'm already looking forward to staying again in May 2024. Well done, jayne.

We had lovely evening walks from the farm and found the views across the Peak District beautiful. It's quite far from Buxton, but worth the stay. Jayne gave us brochures for local hikes and places to see, along with pubs and restaurants. The room was high quality, clean and had an excellent view. There are lots of cows, as well as sheep, horses and ducks around. The farm is lovely, and the local walking is breathtaking. There were plenty of supplies, including milk, fruits, tea, coffee and cookies, and breakfast was so good. Probably one of the best places we've stayed. Thanks to Jayne.
