We were lucky to find a room at fairly short notice. I booked one of the pricier rooms as a surprise for my wife, and it made for a much nicer stay than a standard hotel. There was a small private lounge, each room had its own style, and fresh milk and water were available in a little pantry. The guest house was lovely and very clean, with all the facilities we needed. The owners were friendly, attentive, and clearly take great pride in keeping the place to a high standard. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty to choose from. We both really enjoyed the salmon and poached eggs.

Breakfast was superb, really tasty, and served with a smile and a friendly chat. We had a lovely overnight stay and would happily return when we're in Buxton. It's about a 10 minute walk into the centre, and perfect for a visit to the Oprea House. Our room was quiet at the back on the top floor, with a comfortable bed and soft, fluffy towels. The hosts gave us a warm welcome, and there's free street parking. The fresh milk and snacks in the pantry are a great extra. There's no charge, though we were glad to leave something in the honesty box. Thank you to the hosts for such a lovely stay.

The pantry with milk, water and snacks was a nice touch, and the BnB is around a 10 minute walk from Buxton train station. Samantha and Stephanie were warm and friendly, and provided top-notch service and a lovely environment. Breakfast was especially good, with a buffet of yogurt, fruit, muesli or granola, juice and toast, plus cooked choices such as a full English, avocado on toast or scrambled eggs. Highly recommended!

We stayed from 14th-16th November. The host was lovely and welcoming, and they'd thought of all the little details. Our room was spacious, the bed really comfortable, and breakfast was good, just the right amount.

Samantha was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and made sure I had a lovely stay. The location is great, just a short walk from Buxton city centre, with plenty of on-street parking. My bed was really comfortable, and some thoughtful little touches added to the visit. Breakfast was very nice too, with cold options as well as a cooked meal. Fantastic job!
