Ram and his family were wonderful hosts, always helpful and happy to do anything for us. We booked just four days before arriving and got there at 7 pm with our Golden Labrador, Murphy. Ram greeted us politely and showed us to a clean, presentable room with a queen-size bed, en suite, tea and coffee, and refreshments. Breakfast was amazing and made to order, and the cosy bar had a friendly, personal feel. The property is right on a dog-friendly beach. It's hard to find a nice place that welcomes dogs, and this was perfect. I'd recommend it whether you have a dog or not.

We loved the Indian food we had in the afternoon, honestly some of the best I've ever eaten. The bed was so comfortable, and our dog was welcome everywhere apart from the breakfast room. It's a lovely, slightly unusual hotel in a good way. The owner and his daughter were both so friendly and helpful, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We'll definitely stay again! Breakfast had plenty of choice, from continental options to cooked food made fresh to order each morning. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating while we visited with our two-month-old. We had a great stay for a very reasonable price and would certainly come back.

This place feels like Wales' best-kept secret. We love coming here, and now Sandy is making her superb range of curries for guests again in the evenings. That takes it to a ten out of ten. Breakfast is good too. The family are wonderful and have become friends. We're lucky to know them.

The hosts were very accommodating, and the service was lovely. Our room was nice and clean, though the mattress felt very cold on chilly nights. I'd recommend replacing it with a pocket-spring or foam one. Breakfasts were generous portions and good, and the beach is right outside for a stroll.
