There are loads of hiking routes starting from here, and Beddgelert is about an eight-minute drive away. You can also walk to the village through Aberglasyn Pass, a stunning route that takes around forty minutes to an hour. If you're lucky, the steam train might pass you along the way. Gay and her family have thought of all the details in both accommodations. It’s a perfect spot to get away from city life, switch off, and enjoy nature.

Just a short walk from the narrow gauge railway, with really good hosts. If you're in or near Beddgelert, this is simply the best place to stay.

Second visit, and still good value. Lovely cottage in brilliant surroundings, close to Porthmadog. The owners are polite and helpful, and it's great for dogs with lovely walks nearby.
