We spent a lovely Halloween night here with the family in a very nice lodge. The bar and accommodation were both lovely, and the food was good and fairly priced. We visited out of season, so the pool was closed, unfortunately. We’ll definitely come back.
Anne and Bill made us feel so welcome. Anne was caring and checked that everyone was all right, and Bill kept us laughing. The food was gorgeous, too. The place was fantastic, clean and peaceful, and the bar, shop and cafe staff were all really friendly.
It’s a well-designed, very well-kept condo in a scenic spot, with all the comforts of a city home despite being out in the middle of nowhere. It’s affordable and good value, and having a Tesco next door makes things even easier. Full marks to the owners.
This was our third stay, and we chose lodge 230 for our anniversary. The lodge is absolutely perfect, and so is the location. The clubhouse and cafe are friendly, serve lovely food, and make this holiday park easy to recommend.
Our lodge was right beside the river, with a deck where we spent most of our time. We didn’t get around to exploring the site, though there’s a lake and another stream, and we saw people walking on the far riverbank. The park is attractive, clean, tidy and very quiet, just a five-minute drive from Caernarfon. There’s a good cafe, shop, bar and pool. We’d definitely return.
