Heritage Bed & Breakfast

Ellie’s attention to detail was incredible. We spent two nights, and the room and house were perfect. Breakfast was spot on too. Couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you, Ellie and Rexi, for the hospitality x

It felt like a home away from home, thanks to the owner’s personal touches and care. The owner called on check-in day to flag possible parking problems on the main road, which I thought was really considerate. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was made to order, with my bacon cooked just how I like it. I’d highly recommend this B&B. They really go out of their way for guests.

The breakfast alone would have kept us there for more mornings. Ellie and her lovely partner made the stay special, and we’ll definitely be back. From the moment we walked into the beautiful house, the service felt five-star. Ellie is a wonderful host, and the place is full of lovely treasures while still being impeccably clean. We stayed in the Gothic room, which had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the bathroom modern and spacious, and the facilities felt more luxurious than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was truly above and beyond. Thank you!

Ellie was warm, friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely to see how much care she puts into the business. The homemade bread at breakfast was fresh from the oven and delicious. We don’t often stay in B&Bs, but we were in the area for a wedding and the location worked perfectly for us. The building was beautiful and spotless. Our room had a modern ensuite and a good shower. The bed felt a little soft, though that’s down to personal preference.
