Point Farm B&B

Karen gave us a lovely warm welcome to a beautiful little private field beside a fishing lake. We watched an amazing sunset through a cluster of trees. The beach, takeaway, bar, and shops are all a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was gorgeous, with loads of choice and local ingredients wherever possible. Karen was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very likeable. The dog-friendly room was perfect for us, with patio doors opening onto a small private yard. We also had a look at some other rooms so we can bring my parents next time. We spent a lovely few days here in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Since it was lambing season, watching some of the premature lambs being hand-fed was amazing. You can walk along the cycle and footpath to Rye, across the road to the stunning beach, or to the local pub, the Green Owl. We hope to be back very soon.

The farm B&B sits in a lovely spot among fields and lakes, just a short walk from the beach. The house has been renovated beautifully, and our room was perfect and very clean. Karen and Terry made us feel so welcome, and we could bring our dog too. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back to Point Farm.

We loved our long weekend at Point Farm in August with the family and our dog. Karen was a charming host, really helpful with suggestions for places to visit and eat. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, breakfast was yummy, and we could use a barbecue if we wanted. Such a perfect choice. Can't wait to return.
