We could park at the property, which made a big difference, and the location was so handy. During the Cambridge Beer Festival we walked there in just a few minutes. The Eagle was an easy walk for lunch, with a pub around the corner and a Co-op grocery store just beyond it. The house is beautifully styled and set up really well. There's a large, bright family lounge and dining area with sliding doors out to an outdoor space, plus a nicely equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. The bed was comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and there was even a washer and dryer. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it and would definitely book again if I get back.

Nicky was wonderful to deal with, accommodating and understanding about our requests. She replied quickly and went out of her way to help us get comfortable and settled. For longer stays, she can arrange cleanings too, which I found very useful. Opulent Birches was our first home in the UK after we moved there in early December 2020. My husband and I stayed for two months until we moved into our own place. It was just the right size for two without feeling cramped, and the skylights made a huge difference during winter's five hours of daylight. The home was updated, clean, and smelled fresh. The kitchen had what we needed to cook every day. The location was hard to beat, close to walking paths, cafes, and restaurants, and the driveway easily fits two cars. I'm so glad Opulent Birches was our first UK address and wholeheartedly recommend it. Good luck, Nicky, and best wishes for your success!

A very comfortable little bolt-hole close to central Cambridge. The fixtures, fittings, and facilities are good quality. There's a Co-op Local, the River Cam, and some nice pubs very close by.

Nicky was a delight to deal with, and the property was modern, very clean, and had everything I could need. It's a five-star find in Cambridge, with a great location and free parking. I'd definitely stay again if I'm back in Cambridge.

The bed and sofas were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Everything was very clean, nicely presented, and provided what we needed. I'd happily stay again if I'm in the area, and highly recommend it.
