There’s a green space to look out at, and supermarkets and cafes are close by. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well furnished, with the station nearby. I was very happy with it and will book again when I visit Cambridge.

There are some nice touches in the apartment: it feels luxurious, and they leave free coffee, cereal, milk, biscuits, and tea. The location is good, and street parking is available, so don’t get talked into paying £10 for private parking if you’ll mostly be parked outside the paid hours. The mattresses were terrible, though, and the bathrooms were off-putting, with urine stains and dirty toilets. I mentioned the problems afterward, but they didn’t seem to care and sent a pretty generic reply. Next time I’d rather pay less at a hotel like clayton around the corner, where the cleanliness and service are much better.
