The bedding mix-up was sorted in minutes after I accidentally spilled coffee on the blanket. I contacted Zoe, the manager, and she replaced the bedding in no more than five minutes. This was a first for me, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and attentively she handled it. The place is exceptionally quiet, a lovely spot to unwind after a hard day. Peace, quiet and cleanliness matter to me, and everything felt just right here. Zoe was also quick to communicate. I'd confidently recommend staying here and will definitely return to her lovely house. Thank you, Zoe.

I've been staying here for work for five weeks, and I book early each week to make sure I can get back in. The rooms are spacious and individually decorated, which is much nicer than a generic hotel. Breakfast is simple, plentiful and convenient, and because it's self serve there's no need to work around set meal times, which is ideal when I leave for work early. The extra kitchen is excellent and very well equipped, with plenty of fridge space. Having a washer and dryer is perfect too. They're coin operated, but much better value than a launderette. Cath, the manager, is always friendly and welcoming when I arrive. Highly recommend.

They cater for groups from one to 30 people, and it's great value for money. We loved everything about the place, and the owner was fabulous. Absolutely amazing, highly recommended. Thank you!

Parkside was just right for our group of 20, with ages from 3 to 80. The children made good use of the park next door, and we enjoyed the local walks. Everything was clean and very well equipped, with a lovely hot tub, a huge snooker table, big BBQ, great kitchens and a room where we could all eat together. Each room had its own little touches. Zoe, the owner, and the cleaners were kind, lovely and helpful. I've already recommended the place to a couple of friends, and we've booked to return. I only have a few small suggestions: a towel hook on the back of the bathroom door, blackout curtains over the blinds, and oven gloves. It's a lovely place and we miss it already!
