The food was delicious, and we felt looked after from beginning to end. Dylan, one of the waiters, was a delight, so attentive and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. My husband booked afternoon tea for Valentine’s Day, and we both loved it. We’ll definitely return. Highly recommend.

The staff always give us a friendly welcome, and nothing seems too much trouble. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, while the well stocked bar adds to the choice. I do find the wines a little expensive, at over £30 a bottle. We’ve visited many times and keep coming back. Since last year’s refurbishment, the public rooms feel cosier and more relaxed, and the hotel rooms are tastefully decorated and well appointed. There’s only a small car park, enough for a handful of cars, but the location by Warwick Castle is handy for exploring both the castle and town. Highly recommended.

The meal was fabulous and good value, and Katie looked after us well in the restaurant. Grace gave us a lovely welcome, and the reception team were incredibly helpful too. We were visiting old friends near Warwick and popped into the Warwick Arms Hotel. Now that we’ve found it, we’ll stay here next time we visit.

The car park is quite small, though there’s on street parking nearby. The drinks and food selection is good, prices are reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend the place enough. I stayed here last year before the renovation, and what a difference. The changes throughout are beautiful, with a much improved layout that makes the building feel considerably more usable. I’ve just had the most perfectly cooked poached eggs with wholemeal toast and smoked salmon. Amazing!

I live close by and pop in for coffee regularly, and I can’t fault anything. I’ve eaten here several times and the food has been lovely each time. The renovations have made the place feel sumptuous and comfortable. Just before Christmas I had a meal here with a friend. There was a singer in the bar, which made for a lovely atmosphere, and the food was excellent without being too expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. My friend stayed the night, and her room was very comfortable. I had breakfast with her the next morning, and that was excellent too.
