Leverton House B&B

Wendy was a lovely host and had helpful suggestions for places to eat and where to catch the bus, just a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast was included, with a good selection. The room was nice, and the bathroom had that fresh, just-cleaned feel. It’s easy to find right on the main road, with off-road parking at both the front and back. We were in the front room, so there was some road noise, though it wasn’t too bad with the windows closed because it was cold. Really lovely stay, and we’d definitely return. Highly recommended.

Wendy was a brilliant host, and the room was clean, comfortable and cosy. We had a lovely one-night stay and a freshly made breakfast. The town centre is a 40-minute walk or about ten minutes by Uber. Thank you, Wendy.

Wendy was a great host, and the rooms and service had everything we needed. The place was easy to find and convenient for getting to Cambridge city centre via the park and ride.

We got a warm welcome from the hostess, and our basic room was comfortable, with towels provided. There were tea and coffee facilities, plus biscuits. Parking on site is an issue, so bear that in mind if you’re worried about leaving the car on the road. The bathroom needs updating, the shower head replacing, and the shower itself was very small, though it did the job. We were in the front room, where streetlights kept it bright all night. We couldn’t open a window because the road was busy and noisy. Breakfast was okay. We had a full English, and cereal and fruit salad were available too. The whole process could use some tweaking. It wasn’t the best B&B we’ve visited, and unfortunately we won’t be back.
