The walk into town was short and pleasant, even though the place first seemed a bit far out. Inside, it was peaceful, with doors padded to keep noise down. The carpet was remarkably clean, and the bedding felt comfortable and modern. Breakfast was freshly made with good ingredients, including fresh berries instead of microwaved frozen ones. A calm, cozy place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed really comfortable, and the toilet area was lovely and tidy. We also loved the omelette at breakfast. We had a great couple of days here, and the location worked well. It was nice chatting with the owners too. We'd happily come back, thanks! Andrea and Francesco

We still remember how the owners looked after us during our Christmas visit for Lessons and Carols at Kings. Getting seating tickets meant spending a long, cold night in line, so they lent us folding chairs and a thermos of hot tea to keep warm. That kindness is what made Lynwood House stand out for us, and we hope to return soon. We somehow forgot to write this review earlier, but better late than never. Lynwood House gets the usual B&B things right too: comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and an ideal location.

We've been very happy here so far. Room #4 is clean and comfortable, the hosts are friendly, and breakfast was delicious. There are also a few parking spaces on site.

The Nespresso machine in the room made this coffee snob feel right at home. Breakfast was lovely too, with strong coffee, a spot-on omelet, and other choices. I'd had B&B stays before where the place smelled off or felt cheaply remodeled, so this was a welcome surprise. The rooms and bathrooms have been remodeled nicely, without obvious shortcuts. Everything was very clean, with antique, homey touches that didn't make it feel like you'd moved into your grandmother's house. I'll look forward to staying here on my next business trip.
