Novotel Cambridge North

The bar staff were lovely and accommodating, and it was nice that the shower room had Rituals products. The pool was good and included in the stay, with no extra charge. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and curtains that kept it dark in the morning. We'll be back next time we're in Cambridge.

Viktoria and her team were attentive all day, and easy to approach and kind whenever we needed something. The meeting room had a nice feel and was well equipped with a projector, comfortable chairs, flipchart and pens, everything needed for a productive meeting. I hired the room at Novotel Cambridge North and had a thoroughly brilliant experience. On arrival, Viktoria greeted our team at reception and showed us to the very modern rooms. Coffee and pastries were already there, which was a nice touch, and the sandwich lunch was delicious. I hope to use the space more often.

The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone we met was professional, friendly, and very helpful, and they were especially kind to my son. That hospitality is the main reason I'd consider coming back. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Our room had enough space, and the bed was notably comfortable. The pool is easy to get to and usable, though small, and the jacuzzi was out of order during our visit. Breakfast was standard but solid, with enough choice for most tastes.

Coming by train made the location ideal, and there's good bus service into town. Our room was smart and comfortable, with everything we needed. But staff didn't service it during the one full day we stayed. When we got back that evening, the cups and glasses were dirty, the bin was overflowing, and there were no tea bags or toilet paper. Very disappointing, and it spoiled what had been a positive stay.
