Of the places I lived during my three years in Cambridge, this was easily the best. The street had very little traffic and was consistently quiet. It was on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Management kept the place clean and dealt with problems quickly. My only small complaint was that I wasn’t always told when people were coming to view the flat. I lived in flat 20, which had no issues at all. I’d have stayed longer if I were still in Cambridge. As with any house, though, you should view it first.

It was July, and both the building and the street were really quiet. There’s no AC, but this is England. The place was very clean and had secure bike storage. A good place to live for a while. I’m not sure why the other reviewer is so down on it, maybe they had a bad situation.
