The Carpenters Arms

There's plenty of room for groups and a decent outdoor area, plus a good range of beers and spirits. The pizzas taste great and are prepared and cooked in the open pizza oven. Staff are lovely, and it's just a short walk from Cambridge town centre. Upstairs, the toilets have motion-sensor lights that take a while to come on when you go up, though they switch on quickly as you go down. Parking is a short walk away at a multi-storey car park, though there are often spaces on nearby streets. I'll definitely be back.

The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was okay, but the gluten-free pizza was terrible. I expected it to be great because it used to be. It was undercooked and dripping with oil. Please either improve it to how it was before or stop offering it.

The team are always friendly and accommodating, and the pizza is amazing. My friends and I come every week for the pub quiz and always have a fantastic time.

Since Alice took over as manager, the atmosphere at the Carpenter Arms has been great and the food was spot on. We had the amazing 2-for-1 pizza today. Definitely worth stopping by if you're nearby.
