Juliots Well Cottages

We found the cottage clean and well equipped, and it suited us perfectly. The only downsides were no bath and having a washing machine without a dryer. Everything else was great.

We brought our two dogs and had a great stay. The caravan was clean, the site was quiet and well kept, and the indoor pool and gym were lovely. Great location too, we’ll be back.

The views are lovely and the area is quiet, but the cottage wasn’t worth what we paid. The table was absolutely filthy, and there were no toilet locks, so showering meant constantly worrying someone might walk in. After two showers the roof started leaking. The front door let in far too much of a draft, and we couldn’t get the grill working, so we had to spend extra money going out for breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at the Juliot Wells Cottages. They’re comfortable and suit our needs well, even if they aren’t “Boutique.” Primrose and Bluebell welcome dogs and have a secure yard, plus they’re right by a public footpath for lovely walks. Whenever we’ve had a concern, one quick call has sorted it out. Thanks again for a lovely stay, the Powells will no doubt see you soon!
