We spent five months at Everest House, which felt like our first home in the UK. The location was ideal, with schools nearby and free parking. The children could play in the backyard, and there were plenty of TV channels to enjoy as a family. We had a wonderful time in Canterbury.

Being close to the city centre made this a handy, relaxing stop in Canterbury. The holiday home is small and clean, with furnishings that are quite good. The bathrooms are compact but well equipped. The dining space is the main drawback: with more than two people, you end up eating at the coffee table. Still, I’d recommend it.

It has that welcoming British feel, and everything you need is there. The bathroom setup is less convenient if you're sleeping downstairs, since both bathrooms are on the second floor. Even so, I’d definitely recommend staying here.
