Premier Inn Canterbury City Centre

The room looked like a typical modern one-bedroom, but it was fresh and very clean. We booked the view room for our anniversary, and it was worth the extra spend. The woman on reception was so warm and welcoming, an absolute gem and a real credit to the hotel and franchise. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. The only downside was having no parking on site.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We had a lovely stay, and Lucia went out of her way to make it extra special. We’re very grateful to her.

My sister and I spent two nights there last week. We slept well in the nice beds, and the room stayed quiet even with traffic outside. I’m not keen on sealed windows, but it didn’t spoil our sleep. Breakfast was yummy with loads of choice, and there was a nice selection of food and plenty of bargain offers. The staff were helpful, too.

A comfortable, clean and quiet stay, with a good night’s sleep and a great breakfast. I think Rachel was looking after breakfast. She worked incredibly hard, was friendly, and still found time to share local tips and directions to help us on our way. She’s a fantastic asset to the Premier Inn team. Thanks, Rachel. I’d stay again after this experience.
