The location suited our stag do, but I wouldn’t come back after getting a message when we left saying we owed around 500 for things that were already broken when we arrived. If you book, set money aside for damage charges, or spend a good few hours photographing everything so you can defend yourself later. I’d never have thought to take sheets off every bed and photograph the mattresses, but it might save you a few quid if a damage charge comes through.
The apartment was practical for our needs, though it wasn’t in great condition. We were charged over 600 for damage we knew we hadn’t caused. One mattress was badly ripped, even though we hadn’t taken the sheets off and put them back on. We’d avoided one bed from the start because its frame was visibly damaged, but that was included too. A picture that was on the floor the whole time we were there was also said to be damaged. If you hire this place, check everything carefully before settling in. Taking sheets off all 22 beds and putting them back is extreme, but you may feel you need to protect yourself. Hire at your own risk and be ready for a hefty bill afterwards.
Handy spot for the quay, and they take single sex groups.
